Snowdonia Challenge 2011

The January Snowdonia Xtreme Challenge newsletter is on the website here.

If you fancy a reasonable physical challenge, please do get a team together for this year's Challenge. There is a route to suit all abilities and the event is enjoyed by all participants. If you start early, raising the sponsorship is easy especially if you use the Just Giving Page as your supporters pay when they sign up (so you dont have to chase them).

If climbing only Snowdon does not seem much like hard work, then there are still places on the Three Peaks This is an opportunity to climb the highest mountains in mainland UK (Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pikes and Snowdon) within 24 hrs. The travelling combined with the walking (just under 10,000 ft of ascent) make this a gruelling task!

If you are running, abseilling or walking this summer, please remember that the Intensive Care Foundation can be your nominated charity.

  Many thanks

Saxon

Snowdonia Xtreme Challenge 26th June 2010

Uploaded 9/5/2010

Registration is open for this year's Snowdonia Xtreme Challenge. The Foundation needs teams of four to walk over four different routes to raise funds to support the Foundation's research aims. Over the last five years much has been achieved

Only with your continued support can the Foundation continue to support critical care research. Therefore why not enrol colleagues, form a team and come to North Wales for a great day out. See last year's 'After the event Newsletter' for all those smiling faces at the end:

Further details available from here Be the first to register and have your name in lights in February's Snowdonia Newsletter.
